Yes, that's the company.

However, there are two licensing models.

The free one appeared on the front cover of January's Linux Format --
along with disks 1 & 2 of the latest Fedora.  If you want, you can come
round and borrow the disk -- I tried to install it under Debian last
night, but the installer seems to want something RedHat specific.
Bummer.

But I'm sure I saw some RH downloads on their website -- from 7.3
upwards.
