this was the agenda from the 3rd of Dec:

1. Future development of lugog.org website
2. Plan the coming year's meetings
3. Consider electing of "officers" for different LUG tasks such as 
Web_person, List_person, Advertisement_person, News Spin_person etc:
4. A look at The GIMP/OpenOffice being used at St. Dunstan's.
5. Sorting out of old hardware.
6. A.O.B.<

point 1 was agreed upon ~ sean, tim to look at, kelvin, steve and martin 
to support ~ duncan to support with graphics
point 2 still needs attending to
point 3 there was a feeling of not getting too formalised at this point 
~ communication via the web/list being the best form of support to lugog 
we can give at present
point 4 still  is up for grabs
point 5 needs attention: if you are coming mike can you bring the memory 
sticks i left at yours?

we can either go with this one or have an ad hoc meeting.
i know jason is looking to put together a workable machine using linux 
so he can learn the file structure and command line.
i would like a session on the command line anyway.
see who turns up and go with what people need.
