I'm OK for it.  I'd prefer St. Mary's to the Phoenix Project 
(accessible from Safeway car-park, central to Magdalen Street, etc.), but 
I'll go with the flow.

Who do we have to talk to to get St.Mary's? (And big room or little room?)
