[Glastonbury] mambo

[peter.t.cole]

I have finally got the rich text editor sorted out, once i found the
read me i was trying to install it as a component but it had to be tared
into mambo root directory so i can play with this a little more now, all
o have got to do is get the css sheet sorted and i will be half way
there.
