Well I don't know about anyone else, but I've never heard of it
before. Since you mention a web site, but didn't give the URL, I
checked google and couldn't find it. Whatever an IT cluster is,
operating in stealth mode seems to be a certain recipe for obscurity!

That doesn't really say very much. Home users or businesses? What sort
of help for what sort of IT?
