[Glastonbury] Tomorrow's advertised meeting

Hi everyone,
I have arranged with Mike Lee our site manager that the LUG can meet in 
Room 4 tomorrow and Steve the Caretaker will be around on site to let 
you in and to lock up.
This is between 7 and 9 pm and will incur no charge.
What Mike has asked is that you use tomorrow's meeting to set up a 
commitee with a named person to be responsible for the booking and 
hiring of the room in future.
The person to arrange this with will be Mike Lee who is happy for that 
person to either meet in person by appointment or over the phone.
Some basic forms will need to made out with contact details on.
The basic rate of hire is £8 for the first hour and £6 for tthe second. 
Use of any equipment will be extra on top.
Room 4 has a projector and one Windows XP/linux thin client dual boot 
workstation with internet access and a cd drive.
