I'm referring to the bits in the T&Cs that talk about the wider use of
your data - it's a while since I read them, but I remember being a bit
surprised that google reserved the right to use your personal data
outside of your own mail access. As you say, if you are careful about
what you deposit in your mail box then wider use of this information
should not present much of a threat.
