Apologies for tonight. Deadlines looming, docbook to hack.

Incidentally, Martin will be pleased to hear that I've found working
in docbook a pretty good experience so far. The only problem has been
getting some automated support for putting in references (so I'm
coding them by hand). And I haven't started on the mathml formulae
yet, so I may change my tune shortly :-)
