[Glastonbury] Chilling out

I'm having problems with the pentium 4 in my main linux machine
running too hot (the cpu daemon keeps telling me that it's throttling
the CPU  to cool it down). Anyone have any recommendations for active
cooling systems for P4's? I've looked on Dabs, and there's a very wide
range of prices and brands. I don't feel I know enough to make an
informed choice.
