[Glastonbury] K3B problem solved

I mentioned a while ago that I had a problem writing a CD with K3B.
All the file names looked DOS-like, with short upper-case names. The
solution is to ensure that 'enable Joliet extensions' is turned *on*
when writing the CD, or to generate the filesystem first using mkisofs
with Joliet extensions enabled. Just thought I'd mention it in case
anyone else has the same problem.
