[Glastonbury] soundcard configure

Well that didn't take long. I tried /dev/MAKEDEV dsp which failed
but /dev/MAKEDEV audio succeeded. I then removed all trace of alsa,
installed alsa-base, alsa-oss alsa-utils and aumix, rebooted and
ran alsaconf. This sailed through and I am now the proud owner of
/dev/dsp and /proc/asound. Moreover I can play a CD via Kscd and
listen to the radio via Realplayer10 so let joy be unconfined.
