I looked at www.streetmap.co.uk and found that BA6 9BY points to the middle
of Wells Road. BA6 9EX is in Benedict Street but further up. BA6 9NP is
spot on. www.royalmail.co.uk says that BA6 9NP is the ICT Centre (and
BA6 9BY is St Dunstans School).
