[Glastonbury] Squirrelmail under Debian testing

Just in case anyone else is trying to install Squirrelmail under Debian
testing -- v. 1.4.5 DOESN'T work with PHP5 (although it works perfectly
well with PHP4).

You have to upgrade to v. 1.4.6 (not in current .deb) over your old
version.

And if you're installing courier-IMAP to run it under exim4, the
configuration taradiddle is PURE HELL.

But it can be done.  (It only took me 10 days.)
