[Gllug] Procmail recipe help (oh, and back on topic)

Can anyone suggest a solution to the following problem...?

I collect my mail by POP3 from our Lotus Notes servers (*thats* why I
use pine.. nuff said).

The incoming addresses are usually munged by the Notes server, so what
should be:

Lee_Blackwell at blah.com

comes in as:

Lee_Blackwell/UK/Blah%Blah at Blah.com

Is there a way to get procmail to substitute the munged part of the
address?

I've tried reading the man pages for procmail but it's rather tearse and
not particularly helpful.

Or should I be usinig something else altogether?
