Congratulations, you are now part of the elite and may not refer to other 
distributions without either spitting over your shoulder or repeating the 
mantra "But it doesn't have apt".

Try aptitude.  Much better, though not finished.  Also both KDE and Gnome 
have GUI frontends for apt.

You can't buy a support contract or a boxed set from Debian.  Red Hat 
also has name recognition.  When we started buying Linux rackmounts, my 
colleagues had heard of Red Hat and were reassured.  I put Debian on them 
anyway.
