[Gllug] Voice And Modems

Question for the collective intelligence of the list, i've been playing
with a lot of network monitoring stuff recently and one of the things i'd
like to do is have a modem dial a number and play a sound clip down the
line (maybe hooked up with festival at some point ;)) Can anyone give me
any pointers/links to software that will do this under Linux or any
documentation for it?
