I've just watched the online version - the actual report was pretty
sympathetic, and the interview afterwards with a 'software industry' lawyer
and an EFF lawyer was pretty sympathetic too, except that the EFF lawyer was
cut off partway through, which meant that the industry lawyer got the last
words with no comeback.  Which is bad.

The interviewer did seem to get the point that the 'crack' (if you look at
Dimitry's actual prestentation, the encryption is pretty simple) stops you
from doing things with you e-book that you would expect to do with a normal
book.  The industry lawyer, of course, completely ignored that question and
went off on his own 'this is illegal all over the place, not just in the
USA, and it isn't for blind people, and the software industry is one of the
best in the world at supporting disabled and/or handicapped users, and..."
