It *is* depressingly off-topic... what made me wince most was the claim
that the best way to protect against viruses was to pay money for some
scanning software. Of course this is nonsense; the only way to do it
reliably is to run a system without the numerous fundamental holes that
make Windows so vulnerable, like, er, Linux...

(and yes, I know it can be wormed too.)
