I have just compiled, from scratch, TCP Wrappers for redhat 7.1  (added some
custom code, so couldn't use the redaht supplied binary). Just thought I would
mention it, in case anyone else does the same:  it was necessary to add
-DSYS_ERRLIST_DEFINED  to the 'make' flags to get it to compile/link.
