GD is a graphing library. It's not written directly in perl. GD::Graph
is a perl wrapper for the library; as such you need to have gd installed
before you install the wrapper.

Google search turns up http://www.boutell.com/gd/ as the download
address for gd. Make sure you don't emulate my mistake and try to
compile png support without libpng installed. :-)
