Has anyone any experience with mozilla as installed by default on Redhat 7.1?

So far, I have to say that it seems very unstable and performs poorly.
It has core-dumped quite a few times, takes ages to load up (and sometimes
simply doesn't).   Altogether I am distinctly unimpressed.

Is there a more up-to-date and/or stable version I can install, or a
better alternative browser ??
