Here is part of a spam email that was sent to me a few months ago, if you
were running some kind of M$ mailer which would download the pictures
automatically then the spammers would have just harvested my email
address.

rest of message snipped, and I have changed the urls slightly (ok I
changed it from my email addresss to read MY EMAIL ADDRESS WAS HERE) so
that you can't click the links and let the spammers know my email address.
