[Gllug] Problem starting up

That is exactly the problem - and yup - Red Hat 7.1 :o) What is the hosts
file meant to look like? I think I only changed /etc/hosts - do I need to
change /etc/hostname too? Or does sendmail have it's own configuration that
needs to be run?

I did manage to get back in using the "Interactive startup" and just turning
sendmail off when it asked me. I can't be bothered waiting five minutes for
a timeout! Looks like it's fixable at least, but what needs to be changed to
get it right again?

thanks

start on bootup. But it wont make the machine totally unbootable, just take
a little while to get past sendmail.

of my /etc/hosts file on redhat 7.1, I tend to try steer clear of these as
they have caused me lots headaches in the past, especially when I tried to
let linuxconf configure apache for me!
