I think this will be of help, its one book that I keep recommending but 
one I think would be particularly helpful to you is Linux System 
Administration for Beginners by Steve Shah.  It is written as a cross over 
for MCSE's such as your self looking to integrate Linux into their systems 
and is well balanced.  I hope it helps :-)
