Hi,

go to the Debian site go to the testing pages below and you will find 
these two lines.

http://www.debian.org/releases/testing/

deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free
deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US testing/non-US main contrib 
on-free

add them to your /etc/apt/sources.list file and comment out the stable 
lines

Then run 	#apt-get update
followed by #apt-get dist-upgrade

you should then find things run smoothly note that now Woody is the new 
testing and Sid is the new unstable.

you should also un-comment the security line from the same file.
