AFAIK, the answer is yes and no. If you look at:

http://www.lug.org.uk/lugs/south.html 

(the list of Linux User Groups in the South of England), you'll see
that there is a Kent LUG... however, at the moment it's looking for
someone to take it on and make it work. The contact person is a friend
of mine - he set it up a couple of years back, linking into a project
that never took off, and has since been looking for someone who can do
something with it. He's got various contacts, but no one who has yet
taken it on and run with it.

BTW, I see that, according to that list, GLLUG doesn't have a mailing
list.... Some of that info may need a little updating ;-)
