Both you and Tushar have mentioned this.  Thing is in the current
climate things like this are totally top secret because of the threat of
terrorism.  I suppose a few people know, but they are normally pretty
good at keeping this kind of thing secret.  I think it would be fun to
wind them up, but I think we would have a job finding it first.  You
would need a newspaper contact probably.
