You could hire a rack/cage/half rack/cardboard box from redbus, they 
don't force you to have extras, you have to get the connection seperatly :-)

or blackcat (I forget the URL) might be able to do you a deal on a few 
boxes in their rack, depending on the bandwidth you need I guess.  I 
don't know of any providers of the amount of space that you need.
