The problem I have with trying to normalise the data is in the format that I
get it. At the moment because this tool is just something I am playing with
I am not allowed access to the production database that holds all the data.
I have to use the GUI to drop the report out into a .csv and then work with
that which seems to strip the "\n\r" from the text which is a shame.

	I suppose the next step is to get select privileges on their
database.
