Does it display properly in the GUI? If so, you might be able to copy and paste directly to a text file and then massage the contents a bit (or take a reasonable portion of your CSV and massage that into a better format). Maybe the best step is to find out how the original data is stored - at some point, your application will have to take that info, convert it into a format you like and then start asking questions of it.
