I have installed Mandrake and Windows at least 10 times this year
onto a 20Gb hard disk. I found the best way to do it was install Windows
first then install Mandrake.

At some point in the installation you should be asked if you want to use
Grub or Lilo choose Lilo.

During the install you will be asked to decide which partition to put
Mandrake on and you should also be able to see your Blue Windows partition.
Set up your boot/etc/home partitions manually, I think if memory serves me
correctly do not select automatic at this point or Mandrake has a tendency
to take the whole drive. I have also discovered that if you choose to put
all the software onto the hard disk that sizing your partitions is a pig to
get correct or Mandrake seems to fold halfway through the install
complaining of not enough disk space so I normally selected a normal install
then RPM what I required on from the disk when I got it working.

I also think it then asks you if this machine is going to be dual boot,
select yes and then it asks for an operating system.

I do not think if this will be of any help or not but I have
had very little trouble dual booting Mandrake 7.1 and Windows95/98
