[Gllug] Books

Hi all

	I have just been told by Computer books Direct that because I have
not bought any books for a year I have to pay £90 for the three I got on
offer unless I buy three books now.

There selection is abysmal in the extreme hence I have bough loads of books
but not through them.

Can anyone tell me if the following are any use and what they would
recommend. This is about the only books I could see that I would be
interested in


SQL A Beginners Guide    By Susan Petkovic
Hacking Exposed 2nd Edition 
Linux Internals    By Moshe Bar
Linux Programming A Beginners Guide      Author: Richard Peterson
Special Edition Using Linux 6th Edition      Author: David Bandel
