Does Win32 version of PHP allow you to exec/system new things - it
sounds like the PHP is pooey - are you using the ASAPI/Propriatory
Thingy-Whatsit or the CGI version - not sure how, exactly, that makes a
difference, but it may....

Check the PHP website for more details....
