Yup.
Remember that I have a large inflatable penguin
(sadly leaking, as those of you at Linux Expo will recall).
I went to the Kite Store in Covent Garden to enquire about helium.
They sell helium for the remote control blimps you describe.
They either fill it in the shop,
or can sell you a small cylinder.
It isn't cheap though - I think a fill is about 20
