[Gllug] pacific seaboard shell accounts

Thanks for the help, I am looking at using those services as a last
resort. It would be a good deal easier to have a shell account, so in a
couple of days if I havn't got anywhere I'll use them.

The problem is I'm doing a large amount (I mean my sql dbase has 40,000
IPs in it) of traceroutes, and using other peoples machines by simply
parseing the html I get back from a GET might make them angry, its more
work etc etc etc.
