No, IME, designers tend to fall into two camps. By far the larger
camp, are the sort who will be happy if the bloody page looks good in
IE, who use Javascript to excess, who SHOUT ALL THE TIME WITH THEIR
MARKUP, claim to follow standards but don't know how to write decent
XHTML, and who are more concerned with static appearance than the
actual usability of the page.

The second lot care, and will have a copy of Opera, Mozilla and
possibly even w3m and Netscape 4.x on their desktops _and_use_them_.

Designers who don't care should be round up, beaten with a smart pair
of Hoxton jeans, gently dismembered by irrate handicapped people (who
can't use their fscking sites because they didn't think about it) and
then fed to passing plant life. Anything more would be extreme.

The second lot should be applauded.
