I totally agree with you - that'w why I haven't put much effort into
trying to do this.

Does anyone feel motivated to try to set this up as a demo for
the LDAP Workshop? (I'm not hinting that Bruce should).

I hope to be able to present a short piece on Perl bindings to
LDAP, and how to use Perl to create an intranet phone/address book which
is updated on the fly.
