[Gllug] ssh tunnel

I now have a working firewall for my cable modem - happy.

I can get to my firewall box from work with ssh and scp.
I want to:-

1. Dial into work by modem from a laptop.
2. Start a ssh session from work to home.
3. Login to my home box and run sessions through the ssh session to work
   so that I can access work via my fast cable modem.

Any suggestions?
