Points taken and actually agreed with I must say. What I was trying 
to say, and my bad mood didn't help, was not that MS's email clients 
had great features or that they wrote great software (which they 
usually don't) (the previous half-sentence is the worst grammar I 
have seen for a while but I can't be arsed fixing it now) but more 
along the lines of "The horse (html generated by outlook et al) has 
bolted already and we can't put it back so we HAVE to find a way to 
live with it."
Actually, thats not exactly what I meant either. :-(
Sod it. I'm going home to a bottle of something nice... *hic*
