mailbox.net.uk have co-lo for £63/month I think that's what it works out
to, they no longer have the cheap 2Gb a month deal they used to do, now
it is a fixed port bandwidth (256kb is the cheapest now) or pay more for
burstable.  They provide a pretty good service for the price, pay
through the nose if you need access after hours or in the weekends which
is a pain but then have only had to go there twice this year so go
during business hours.
