On Tue 30 Oct, Mark Preston made the following spurious claims:

Sounds like someone who's spent some time in Australia.  Bring Your
Own Grog.  A common feature in Australian restaurants, it tends to
mean that you pay five pounds for a five pound bottle of wine as
oppsed to twenty pounds for a five pound bottle.  Tied up with the
baroque licensing laws in some states of Australia.
