My Mrs. came home yesterday with a book on learning Linux, and duly
requested that I give up one of my PC's for her to use.
Well, I nearly fell over backwards...
Anyways, I gave her a box and she went thru the basic RH7.2 installation
on her own (thats gotta be saying something about installs becoming more
user friendly!) - even though it's the first OS she's ever installed.
Now I'm on the hunt for some beginners sites. I'll mention the usual
suspects, such as linuxdoc.org.
Anyone aware of any very newbie orientated sites? I mean, newbie in so
much as she's not really PC literate, and only hates Windoze cos it keeps
crashing on her.
I know I can google for stuff (and I have), I'm looking for any
recommendations from list members.
TIA,
Lee
