[Gllug] Public IPs - When are they appropriate

It's not wasted. There isn't a shortage of public IP addresses; what
there is a shortage of is room for huge chunks of empty space. That's
why Demon are still able to allocate one static IP address per
customer; that's actually pretty efficient usage.

I don't think you realise just how many IPv6 addresses there are.
