[Gllug] How can I revert a mail digest?

 Hi,

 I have joined a new mail list, and following the instructions
 I asked for a digest, without actually knowing what I was asking for.

 Now I have a 204k single digest as 1 email.

 How can I revert it to the original mails?

 Its not easy to read 100 emails in the digested way.

 Please, explain it to me as if I were a not very bright.
 I am not saying that I am not.
