[Gllug] Office software -> c/c++ debate

C++ is a superset of C.  I'd reckon you should learn C first, then venture
onto C++, if you like, when you're comfortable with that.  If you know PHP,
then at least some of the syntax won't seem like nonsense when you first
look at it.
