[Gllug] OT: Solaris & DNS

I must have a mental block or something... but I can't get my Sun to
resolve short hostnames.

domainname is set (eur.3com.com), resolv.conf is set with the search line
and my name servers.

nsswitch.conf is configured to dns (not nis or files).

Everything works OK if I provide FQDN's, so I know its _something_ to do
with the domainname.

Any ideas?  It's really early on a Monday and I'm struggling ;-)
