[Gllug] RIP laws are being extended

Hi all,

from what I understand all those new draconian laws need to capture Uber 
criminals and international terrorists are being extended into more 
mundane spheres.  For those of us who are managing mail and web servers 
the outlook is very murky and also for just about anybody who uses email.
