Exchange has POP3 IMAP and web connector support. the format for the
username in POP and IMAP is strange though. The username is
domain/username/mail_alias
where mail alias is the bit before the @.

The opposite question to the Relacing Exchange thread: what are the
options for someone running Linux whose mail is held on an exchange
server? Are there pop or imap gateways for it?

I'm not in that position but it's something I've been asked a few times.
