I do not know if that would be their maximum or not. There are satellites up
now transmitting at over 200 watts for tv. We could use anything from 4
Watts to 50 for up link on a pencil beam. Anything over 50 Watts without
warning them and we where likely to get our knuckles slapped for pushing
people off the satellite.
