Having looked on the README on the CD :) -

ftp://ftp.redhat.de/pub/rh-addons/rescue-cd/

.. apparently contains the latest version. Apart from that, I'd be willing to 
burn a copy for anyone who wants one, given that they appear to be GPL.

I don't have any credit-card CDRs unfortunately :(

It has (highlights) : dump/restore, sync, df, dd, find, mt, tar, e3, fsck, 
gpart, rescuept, badblocks, dnsquery, netstat, ssh, telnet, ftp.

Among everything else :) The CD contains mainly a boot kernel and a cramFS 
image - two files, basically.
